The name of my business, Positive Nutrition, represents more than just a title; it embodies a comprehensive approach to health and well-being that I deeply believe in. As a Nutritionist with over a decade of experience since my graduation in 2014, I have witnessed significant and positive advancements in how we approach nutrition. This evolution has shaped my practice, inspiring me to focus on a philosophy that emphasizes balance, mindfulness, and empowerment.

I believe in the transformative power of nutrition and food to support a healthy and fulfilling life. They contribute to the growing trend of unhealthy relationships with food, where ingredients and entire food groups are demonized.

The truth is, foods like sugar or carbohydrates are not inherently harmful when consumed in moderation. If we take a broader perspective, looking at our diets over an entire year, occasional indulgences are not the issue. Instead, it is the rigidity and fear created by these extreme statements that harm our relationship with food.
